| Haddad Adel made the remarks while addressing a huge crowd of people who had gathered in front of the former US embassy in Tehran after taking part in rallies to mark the anniversary of the take-over of the embassy site in 1979 as America’s “den of espionage”.
He said the US contrary to its claims in supporting freedom and human rights has always supported dictatorships in the world. He stated that the US has no record of supporting popular governments because the only thing important for it worldwide has been to dominate other countries to guarantee the interests of the White House. |
