15 SHABAN BRITHDAY OF IMAM MAHDI(Ajjallaho faraja)
Imam Mahdi(a.s) was born in 15 shaban 255H=869 AD .His kunniat is Abu’l Qasim and his name is Muhammad ibn Hasan ibn ‘Alī. His mother, Her Greatness Narjir(a.s) (Melika), was a Byzantine princess who pretended to be a slave so that she might travel from her kingdom to Arabia. His father,Imam Hassan al askari(a.s) the eleventh imam .his birth was kept a secret due to the persecution that the shia were facing during this time at the hands of Almuatamad abbasi. After mrtyrd of Imam hassan askari (a.s)his son imam Mahdi(a.s)to be the Imam, appointed by God, to lead the believers of the era. To support Imam Mahdi’s claim, quote the following Hadith: “I and `Ali are the fathers of this nation; whoever knows us very well also knows Allah, and whoever denies us also denies Allah, the Unique, the Mighty. And from `Ali’s descendants are my grandsons al -Hasan and al- Husayn, who are the masters of the youths of Paradise, and from al- Husayn’s descendants shall be nine: whoever obeys them obeys me, and whoever disobeys them also disobeys me; the ninth among them is their Qa’im and Mahdi. This quote is supported by most Sunnis.
Saudi police raids Sha'ban festival in al-Ahsa
Saudi security authorities raided Shia centers on Tuesday evening, ready to celeberate the largest festival in al-Ahsa on auspicious birthday anniversary of Imam Mahdi (a.s) and ordered to demolish all decorations.
The received reports confirm that police forces raided the village of Bani Ma’an and threatened Shias to prison unless they dismantle all equipments prepared for the festival. Saudi extremist forces seize identity cards of who set up the festival and asked them to refer to police station. Witnesses said that security agents ordered the removal of five sites which were prepared for celebrating the birthday of Imam Mahdi (a.s) on Wednesday evening. The preparations for the festival was began about a month ago, according to participants. It is not the first time that Saudi security authorities raided and destructed ornamental aspects of Shia festivals. Furthermore they arrest participants and directors who set up festivals. Sectarian harassment in recent years is oversee by the Wahhabi governor of Al-Ahsa, Badr bin Jalwi. He arrested hundreds of people and shut down dozens of Shia mosques and religious schools. Saudi monarch, King Abdullah, issued a command to extend the remains of Badr bin Jalwi in al-Ahsa for a period of four years.
Saudi authorities to demolish "Seven Mosques" in holy Medinah
Saudi Human Rights activist, Abdul- Aziz Khamis, has warned demolition of historical monuments as well as “Seven Mosques” in Saudi Arabia under the pretext of development and expansion and said it is not unjustified, and called international organizations to protect these historical sites that are not owned by the governments but to the Islamic world.
Abdul- Aziz, Chairman of the Saudi Center for Human Rights based in London, in an exclusive interview to Al-Alam TV, said that it is unjustifiable that Saudi authorities are attempting to demolish historical places, especially “Seven Mosques” under the pretext of expansion and establishment bigger mosques and Islamic centers, replacing with old.
He emphasized that any development or expansion must not drawn to removing the effects of Islamic history in the holy Medina and Mecca.
Abdul- Aziz rejects viewpoints of Wahhabis about religious and Islamic sites as some of the places of worship and warned that the removal of historical sites in holy Mecca and Medina is a very dangerous action and demanded Saudi authorities to prevent it.
He criticized Saudi government and affirmed that Saudi authorities want to manufacture a new Islamic history of their own, while the population of holy Medina and Mecca expressed distress and protested because of removing a lot of Islamic historical sites, particularly in holy Mecca.
He stressed that the intention of the Saudi authorities to demolishing the “seven mosques”, deeply troubled citizens, especially Saudis.
“Saudi officials, including the chief of tourism and other Islamist intellectuals called international organizations to act seriously to protect these historical Islamic sites that are not owned by the governments but to the Islamic world” he added.
Israel and Nazi Germany, Tweedldee and Tweedldum
Avigdor Lieberman, the brashly-racist foreign minister of the apartheid Israeli state, reportedly recently ordered Zionist embassies around the world to circulate a 1941 photo showing the former Mufti of Jerusalem Hajj Amin Husseini meeting with German Nazi leader Adolf Hitler. Lieberman hopes that the picture would help counter growing international pressure on the Zionist regime to stop ethnic-cleansing measures against the Palestinians, especially in occupied Jerusalem .
The release of the picture is widely viewed as a desperate feat by the widely-reviled Lieberman to make a difference as a foreign minister.
Lieberman has been largely boycotted by the international community, mainly due to his radical and expressly racist views.
Given his pariah status around the world, the Israeli government went as far as asking other Israeli officials, such as Defence Minister Ehud Barak, to carry out the Foreign Minister’s functions, especially in talks with American and European officials.
Lieberman’s desperate act is likely to raise many eyebrows since it comes from a man whose mindset and ideological convictions differ little from those of Adolf Hitler.
Indeed, Lieberman’s infatuation with Jewish nationalism (the correct term is Jewish fascism) can be viewed as a virtual carbon copy of Hitler’s obsession with German nationalism.
Moreover, Lieberman’s brazenly racist discourse against non-Jews in general and Israel’s Palestinian population is nothing short of a later-day echo of the Aryan Nazi ideology.
Furthermore, Liberman’s strident bellicosity and pugnacity resemble to a large extent the Nazi rhetoric against Germany’s neighbours which later found expression in the invasion of Poland and occupation of large parts of Europe .
For example, Lieberman has called for dropping a nuclear bomb on Gaza, blanket-bombing Palestinian streets, shopping centres, banks, and neighbourhoods for the purpose of forcing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to flee their homeland in order to make a “lebensraum” available for Jewish settlers.
He also called for drowning Palestinian political prisoners in the Dead Sea, bombing Tehran and the Aswan Dam in Egypt.
In fact, this thuggish petty criminal is the last person on earth who is morally qualified to criticize Amin Husseini for having a brief encounter with the leader of the Third Reich.
Well, does Lieberman dare to tell us how many Jewish Zionist leaders allied themselves with Hitler? Does he dare to tell us how many Jewish soldiers and officers served in the Wehrmacht, Gestapo and SS? And then what about the close relationship between the Third Reich and Jewish terrorist groups operating in Palestine , such as the Stern Gang? And what about the tacit understandings between the Zionist and Nazi leaderships according to which the Zionists accepted that hundreds of thousands of European Jews be annihilated rather than allowed to immigrate to North America?
According to the late Israeli writer and intellectual Israel Shahak, Jewish soldiers serving in the Nazi security apparatus were most feared by the local Jewish population. Shahak, a holocaust survivor himself, related that when a Jewish mother sent her son to do an errand, she taught him that he might pass through a German checkpoint but never through a Jewish-manned checkpoint.
Besides, Husseini was a man who saw his country, his ancestral homeland, being devoured by the British-backed Zionist movement, and thought, rightly or wrongly, that enlisting the support of a contemporary world power like Germany might help his people save their country and regain their freedom and independence.
Hence, one might really ask why it was perfectly acceptable for Zionists to collaborate with the Nazis in order to save Jewish lives whereas it was totally wrong for the leadership of a people facing near extermination at the hands of Zionism to behave similarly for the purpose of saving their people.
True, Hitler was a mass murderer, par excellence. But how about Jewish mass murderers, before and after Hitler?
Today, in Israel, school students complete their high school education without ever hearing the name “Genrikh Yagoda” (Genrich Grigorivc Yagoda), who is one of the greatest murderers of all time.
Yagoda diligently carried out Stalin’s collectivization orders and was responsible for the death of at least 10 million people. His Jewish deputies established and managed the genocidal Gulag system. And after Stalin no longer viewed him favourably, Yagoda was demoted and subsequently executed, and was replaced as Chief Hangman in 1936 by Yezhov, the ‘bloodthirsty dwarf’ who had a Jewish wife.
Another Russian Jew named Lazar Kaganovitch, also an aide to Stalin, was responsible for the extermination of millions of Ukrainians. During the harsh winter of 1932-33, mass starvation created by Kaganovitch reached critical levels and Ukrainians were forced to eat their pets, boots and belts, plus bark and roots. Some parents even ate infant children.
More to the point, it is really ironic in a certain sense that Zionism projects itself as an antithesis of Nazism when nearly all Nazi characters have been nearly literally copied by the Zionist leadership.
Zionism, for example, has declared all Jews a distinct ethnicity, just as the Nazis had declared all Germans a distinct ethnicity.
Both Zionism and Nazism strove to build a ‘state’ that would be ‘redeemed’ through violent purification (in the case of Nazi Germany) and ‘an Iron wall’ (in the case of Zionist Israel).
In both instances, ethnic cleansing was the main tool used to obliterate the ‘inferiors,’ the ‘water carriers and wood hewers’ in order to create ‘German-only’ settlements in Europe and ‘Jewish-only’ settlements in Palestine .
In all honesty, there are no fundamental differences between Jewish national socialism (Zionism) and German national socialism (Nazism). The Nazis preached the ‘Master Race’ to justify Nazism while Zionists adopted the ancient myth of the ‘Chosen People’ to justify Zionism.
Moreover, we can’t really ignore the absolute similarity between the Zionist ethnic conquest of Palestine and the implanting therein of ‘Jewish settlers’ at the expense of the native Palestinian Muslims and Christians, and the Nazi drive for ‘Lebensraum’ in Poland and the importation of ‘Aryans’ at the expense of the indigenous population.
Yes, there in Europe, the Nazis sought to steal the Sudetenland and here in Palestine , the Zionists are stealing the West Bank . The arguments are the same, the lies are the same and the means are nearly identical.
We need to highlight these similarities and the ‘common ground’ between Zionism and Nazism, irrespective of how many people will be upset by these comparisons. The truth is always a paramount value in itself.
The Nazi-like occupation of Palestine by Israel is not the act of a few Israeli Jews. It is not even the act of the military establishment alone. It is the collective act of a morally desensitized society that has nearly lost its humanity and succumbed to a collective psychosis that is not unlike the moral blindness that struck the German people more than sixty years ago.
In some ways, Palestinians have fared far worse than Hitler’s victims; for the Palestinian tragedy is ongoing and Palestinians, unlike Jews, who still receive compensation for losses dating back sixty years, receive no reparations for lost personal property, not even an acknowledgment from their tormenters of any responsibility for their dispossession.
Sixty years ago Zionists demolished 438 Palestinian villages and poisoned or destroyed wells to ensure that their rightful owners would not return. Today, Zionists keep on behaving more or less along the same traditions, demolishing homes, destroying farms, and narrowing people’s horizons, all with the goal of making them emigrate.
Today in every junior high school in America , students read Anne Frank, while in every high school Elie Wiesel’s ‘Night’ is requisite reading. This is the man who says brazenly that he readily identifies with Israeli crimes and that he couldn’t bring himself to say bad things about Israel.
The victims of the first Kristallnacht enjoy the world’s approbation and sympathy, while at the same time having succeeded in demonizing an entire people, for whom Kristallnacht still remains a night without end.
But, unlike the German national socialists, Jewish national socialists are falsifying history and reality to justify their crimes against humanity. The Holocaust narrative, which has been elevated to the status of a religion, allows Yad Vashem, the Holocaust museum in Jerusalem, to invoke the mantra ‘Never Again’ while it sits on Arab lands stolen from Ein Karem and overlooking the unmarked graves of Palestinians massacred by Judeo-Nazi terrorists at Deir Yassin.
It is sad, really sad, that most Jews are now finding themselves in the shoes of their former oppressors, knowingly and consciously.
On August 23, 1947, nearly one year before Israel ’s birth, Harry Truman wrote the following to Eleanor Roosevelt, apparently in the wake of another Jewish atrocity in Palestine :
“I fear very much that the Jews are like all underdogs. When they get on the top they are just as intolerant and cruel as the people were to them when they were underneath. I regret this situation very much because my sympathy has always been on their side.
In light of Israel’s Nazi-like behavior in Palestine, it is difficult to view Truman’s prophetic words with indifference. In fact, it is a moral obligation of the first order to oppose Zionism with the same vigour and same determination the world demonstrated in the face of Nazism.

Nearly half a million Iranian citizens visit Mecca and Medina annually to perform umrah. “Umrah was canceled for Iranians in the holy month of Ramadan,” the Majlis Health Committee deputy chairman Hosseinali Shahriari said on Monday, blaming the rapid spread of the H1N1 virus in Saudi Arabia for the cancelation.

IRAN:TEHRAN'S FRIDAY PRAYERS SERMONS
Tehran’s Interim Friday Prayers Leader, Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati, has stressed that the recent presidential elections in Iran, were the fairest, most free and healthiest elections in the Islamic Republic’s history.
Addressing a huge crowd of the faithful and Friday prayers worshippers in Tehran, Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati referred to suggestions of fraud in the 10th presidential elections, saying these suggestions were a plan hatched by some people both inside and outside of the country. He pointedly added: “If the recent elections are not valid as some have claimed, then all the elections held in the Islamic Republic of Iran during the past 30 years have not been valid, but if those elections were free, fair and healthy, then the 10th presidential elections held recently were also free, fair and healthy.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Tehran’s interim Friday prayers leader urged President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to select qualified, capable, experienced, highly committed and principled individuals who are adept at handling the ministerial cabinet-level responsibilities they are given.
Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati also urged Iranian lawmakers in the Majlis to cooperate in giving a vote of confidence to all individuals who are nominated for ministerial positions.
President takes notice of vandalism against Christians in Toba Tek Singh
The President also advised the federal government to send the Minister for Minorities Shahbaz Bhatti to express sympathy with the victims.
The President said there were laws of the land to deal with complaints and accusations against anyone and no one should be allowed to take the law into his own hands to settle scores.
It is against the spirit of Islam and the norms of a civilized society when laws are taken into one’s own hands and members of the minority community are vandalized for real or imagined crimes, he said.
The President asked for a thorough investigation into the incident and to bring the culprits to justice in accordance with the law.
He also took notice the reports of some lawyers manhandling the policemen and journalists, and called for a report from the provincial government.
The President called for mutual tolerance, respect for dissent and reconciliation. Tolerance for plurality and respect for the views of others is part of the culture of democracy, he said.
“It is therefore our responsibility to promote democratic values and culture as a necessary tool of promoting tolerance and harmony,” he said.
Egypt:Al-Azhar senior scholar refused to describe Shia as Infidel
Al-Azhar senior scholar, Sheikh Ashour, rejected the claim of Sheikh Yaqub based on “Shias are infidel” and stressed that Shias are not infidel and they are not going out of Islam. In a TV program “Cairo Today”, quarrel was erupted between Mahmoud Ashour, and Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Yacub, senior scholars of Al-Azhar, about Shia doctrine and their expansion in Egypt. Yacub called Shia as Muslims who are out of Islam because they are allegedly insulting the Sahaba and believe that Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s) is the first succession of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). He said: “there are fundamental differences between Shia sand Sunnis. By Observing the Shia TV program we can easily understand the deep differences between Shia and Sunni. On the other hand, Sheikh Ashour said that Shias were not going out of Islam, because after reciting the word “there is no God but Allah” all of them are Muslim and belong to Islam. He pointed out that the Shias differ from Sunnis in the jurisprudence, but they are agree in the word “there is no God but Allah and prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the messenger of God”, as well as the holy Quran is the book of God and the miracle of the Messenger of Allah and Kaaba is our Qiblah, so they are not infidels even if they imprecate Sahaba. He pointed out that the Shias may have some differences between themselves, as well as Sunnis, but we should not imprecate each other, because this is a big plot against Muslims which planned by enemies and unbelievers. He added: Egyptians fond the household of Prophet (pbut), but they are not Shia. There is no horror because of converting some people to Shiite religion and it doesn’t mean in future we would encounter the wave of Shia thoughts.
In Islam, men and women are equal.but…
Fatemeh Badaqi, the member of cultural and social service in Iranian parliament said in an private interview with Iwna:” with an entire view to this issue we can say that there is no law discrimination between men and women, but, accordance with the qualifications, features, and duties of men and women, we sense some law discriminations between men and women. These differences have been arranged in terms of their creation. The commands are accord with these different creations. Difference is apart from discrimination.” Iwna reported.
She added:” the differences arranged according to the tastes and features, but discrimination is injustice. The differences in qualifications arranged according to wisdom to any one take a specific duty and be their supplementary top each other.”
He added:” the differences produce more symmetry amid men and women for conjugal life. God has established appropriate commands due to differences in men and women’s nature, maybe, in social relations, some affairs are of worth for men and some for women, like providing expenses is men’s duty and family’s consumed economic arrangement is on women. So, if some social positions considered masculine, not only is not indicative of women’s inferiority, but also a duty division to better access to perfection.
Mrs. Behrouzi, the researcher in this issue, said: “In human evolution program, there is no difference between men and women, but a perfect equality lies. For better understanding, refer to some verses of Koran:” if any religious men and women do a good deed, he/she would enter the paradise and would receive not a little cruelty.”
“In another verse, we have: God has offers bless for all Muslim men and women, like verse 195, Ale Emran Sura, 97 Nahl, 40 Qafer and 13 Hojarat.
Also, Imam Sadeq said:” women’s blood price is half of the men’s.” we have this, too, in Sunni disciples.
“Blood price in Islam, has been compiled according to men and women, difference not only adds men’s dignity, but also not decreases women’s. Men and women’s differences return to their creation and their roles in family.” She said.
Also, men’s duty is apart from women’s. This makes his economic duty becomes further in family. So, his economic value gets more than women’s, not his humane value, for men’s humane value is equal with women’s humane spiritual value. We can estimate the humane value’s price.”
“In ability to achieve moral perfections, both are equal. In blood price, the spiritual aspects of the murderer do not affect, but, it is the economic value of the murdered person. If the murdered is a man, his blood price is more, due to his abilities and the duties he has got on his back and remained after his murder. If the murdered is woman, her blood price is less, for she has no specific duties. This is difference not discrimination.” She speculated.
“On the other side, men’s doubled blood price does mean that all the family members exploit his fund, because their expenses are on man’s shoulders. So, it spends in family affairs, which women are a part of it, especially it leads to death sometimes. More blood price is not received to the men of the family, but to all of the individuals within, consisting women.” She stated.
Referring to men and women’s giving evidence, Badaqi classified:
1. Giving evidence in court is not a right taken away from women, but a duty, and its reticence are forbidden. It is apparent that not hiding the evidence and sins makes sense in the places of responsibilities not right.
2. Law-making is not a value of discussion, but a relation arrangement in which duty division according to the abilities and capacities and also social realities, are one of its certain principles.
According to the above points, we conclude:
“In most of law cases, men and women’s moral mechanism is difference. Giving evidence and informing the judge, is not related to men and women’s identity and nature, in some cases, when the evidence is related to women, men’s evidence is not admitted, for men can not be evidence in such situations, in the cases that the men’s presence are further, the women’s evidence is not necessary.”
“On the other side, according to psychological opinions, women have got fragile spirit, they are more sentimental and easy of belief, so, they accept more rapidly and more affected, and give evidence according to these features.” She added. Iwna reported.
In some cases, Islam, has exempted men from giving evidence and placed it in women’s realm. But, in some other cases, in contrary, it has exempted women from giving evidence and placed it in men’s realm, and in some, two women’s evidence is equal with one man’s.
Two women’s evidence is equal with one man’s in some cases like murder and adultery is properly due to women’s psychology, for:
1. Women are more decent than men. Due to their dignity, they don not gaze at some scenes like adultery, unlike men who are much more curious to find out. Women’s procedures in confronting with such cases are not a deficiency, but, naturally, the possibility of error in identifying the people is more in them. The increased number of evidence reduces the rate of errors.
2. Women are more sentimental than men. This is not considered a deficiency for them, but their perfection. But, these features have specific situational impression of which we should be aware.
Women’s half heritage does not mean their personality is divided. In Islam, the women’s humane identity is equal with men. Subject of Heritage is an economic and financial which is based on social justice in Islam.
There are three assumptions in this issue consisting:
1. The cases in which men and women inherit equally, like when the deceased has got parent, each of them inherits equally about one sixth. Father’s share is not more than mother’s due to his paternal status.
2. The cases in which men inherit less than women like daughters who inherit less than sons.
3. The cases in which women inherit more than men, like when the deceased does not have any other Hair, save his father and a daughter. Here, father inherits one sixth and the daughter more than that Iwna reported.
- Referring to Imam Reza’s statement, Badaqi said:” When a girl married a man, she takes a property as her marriage portion. Life’s expenses are on man’s shoulder. Man should pay woman’s expenses, but there is no duty on woman, so, man’s right is more than woman’s in here.”

Hamadi added: it was said that behind the scene of the negotiations of senior officials from Saudi Arabia and USA, Saudi authorities promised to US officials; they will help Iraq to reach national reconciliation if Iraq state accept their conditions. CELEBRATING BIRTH OF IMAM ZAINUL ABIDIN(PBUH)
Imam Zainul Aabidin Alī ibn Ḥussain(PBUH) was born on 15th Jamadiulawwal or 5th Shabaan 38 AH (654) in Medina. His sisters were Sakina bint Hussain and‘Alī ibn Ḥussain(PBUH), like his grandfather, cultivated land and palm date orchards. During the prayers he would get himself so absorbed that he did not have any attention towards anything except God. He traveled to Mecca, on foot, twenty times and continuously guided and conducted people through the attractive melody of the Qur’anic verses.
As the son of Imam Ḥusasin ibn ‘Alī(PBUH), he was under great scrutiny and could not directly guide those who secretly followed the household of Muhammad. But he conveyed his understanding of the relationship between human and God by the prayers and supplications that he offered God during his extensive nighttime vigils in the mosque of the Prophet in Medina. These prayers and supplications were written down and then disseminated by his sons and the subsequent generations. Among them is the Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya, which is known as the Psalms of Islam.
He looked after and administrated hundreds of houses of the poor and hunger stricken. Daily a number of goats were slaughtered in his house and he distributed all their meat among the afflicted. He dressed the naked and the destitute ones and paid their debts and loans. But he himself took simple meals and put on simple dress.
When the nights would become dark and all the people went to sleep, ‘Imam Alī ibn Ḥussain(PBUH)would get up put the food in a sack and on his shoulder. He covered his face so that he is not recognized. Then he took that food to the houses of the inflicted and have-nots and gave it to them.

CELEBRATING BIRTH OF IMAM HUSSAIN A.S
In the House of the Holy Prophet S.A.W, which presented the best image of both the worlds – the heaven and the earth- a child who benefited humanity as if he was a Divine Impression reflecting the earth, was born on one of the nights of the month of Sha’ban. His father was Imam ‘Ali A.S, the best model of kindness towards his friends and the bravest against the enemies of Islam, and his mother was Hazrat Fatimah S.A, the only daughter and child of the Holy Prophet, who had as universally acknowledged, inherited the qualities of her father.
On the very day when Imam Hussein A.S was born, Allah S.W.A ordered angel Jibriel to descend and congratulate the Holy Prophet A.S on His Behalf and on his own. While descending, Jibriel passed over an island where the angel Futrus had been banished due to his delay in executing a commission assigned by Allah S.W.A. He was deprived of his wings and expelled to the island where he remained for several years praying and worshipping Allah S.W.A and asking for His forgiveness. “When the angel Futrus saw Jibriel, he called out, ‘ Where are you going, O Jibriel?’ To this he replied, ‘ Hussein, the grandson of Muhammad S.A.W is born, and for this very reason Allah S.W.A has commanded me to convey His congratulations to His Apostle.’ Thereupon, the angel said, ‘ Can you carry me also along with you? May Muhammad S.A.W recommend my case to Allah S.W.A.’ Jibriel took the angel along with him, came to the Holy Prophet S.A.W, offered congratulations to him on behalf of Allah S.W.A and himself and referred the case of the angel to him. The Holy Prophet S.A.W said to Jibriel, ‘Ask the angel to touch the body of the newly-born child and return to his place in Heaven.’ On doing this, the angle re-obtained his wings instantly and praising the Holy Prophet (S A) and his newly- born grandson, ascended towards the Heaven.
Some sayings of the Holy Prophet (S A) During his Lifetime with Reference to Imam Hussein A.S:
1. Hasan and Hussein are the Leaders of the Youths of Paradise.
2. Hussein is from me and I am from Hussein, Allah befriends those who befriend Hussein and He is the enemy of those who bear enmity to him.
3. Whosoever wishes to see such a person who lives on earth but whose dignity is honoured by the Heaven- dwellers, should see my grandson Hussein. My son! thy flesh is my flesh and thy blood is my blood; thou art a leader, the son of a leader and the brother of a leader; thou art a spiritual guide, the son of a spiritual guide and the brother of a spiritual guide; thou art an Apostolical Imam, the son of an Apostolical Imam and the brother of an Apostolical Imam; thou art the father of nine Imams, the ninth of whom would be the Qa’im (the last infallible spiritual guide).
4. The punishment inflicted on the murderer of Hussein in Hell would be equal to half of the total punishment to be imposed on the entire sinners of the world.
5. When the Holy Prophet S.A.W informed Hadrat Fatimah S.A of the martyrdom in store for his grandson, she burst into tears and asked, “O my father ! when would my son be martyred?” “In such a critical moment,” replied the Holy Prophet S.A.W, “When neither I nor you, nor ‘ALI would be alive.” This accentuated her grief and she inquired again, “Who then, O my father, would commemorate Hussein’s martyrdom? ” The Holy Prophet S.A.W said, “The men and the women of a particular sect of my followers, who will befriend my Ahlul-Bayt, will mourn for Hussein and commemorate his martyrdom each year in every century.”
Khwaja Mu’inu ‘d-Din Chishti says:
He gave his head, but did not put his hand into the hands of Yazid. Verily, Hussein is the foundation of la ila ha illa Allah. Hussein is lord and the lord of lords. Hussein himself is Islam and the shield of Islam. Though he gave his head (for Islam) but never pledged Yazid. Truly Hussein is the founder of “There is no Deity except Allah.” Brown in his A Literary History of Persia writes: As a reminder, the blood-stained field of Karbala’ where the grandson of the Apostle of God fell at length, tortured by thirst and surrounded by the bodies of his murdered kinsmen, has been at any time since then sufficient to evoke, even in the most lukewarm and heedless, the deepest emotion, the most frantic grief and the exaltation of spirit before which pain, danger, and death shrink to unconsidered trifles. Yearly, on the tenth day of Muharram, the tragedy is rehearsed in Persia, in India, in Turkey, in Egypt, wherever a Shi’ite community or colony exists; . . . As I write it all comes back; the wailing chant, the sobbing multitudes, the white raiment red with blood from self inflicted wounds, the intoxication of grief and sympathy.
Miracle at Birth of Imam Hussein
Imam Hussein (A.S.) was born in Medina on the 3rd of Sha’ban 4 A.H.
On the day he was born, Allah told the angel Jibraail to go and congratulate the Prophet (S.A.W.), Imam Ali (A.S.) and Sayyida Fatima Az-Zahra (A.S.).
On the way down from the heavens, Jibraail passed an island where the angel Fitrus was banished to (as a punishment for taking too long in doing something Allah had ordered him to do). His wings had also been taken away. “Where are you going, Jibraail?” Fitrus asked. Jibraail told him he was going to congratulate the Prophet (S.A.W.) and his family on the birth of Imam Hussein (A.S.) “Can I come with you?” Fitrus asked. With Allah’s permission, Jibraail took Fitrus with him. They congratulated the Prophet (S.A.W.). The Prophet (S.A.W.) asked Fitrus to touch the cradle of Imam Hussein (A.S.).
As soon as he touched the cradle, with the permission of Allah his wings were restored. He thanked the Prophet (S.A.W.) When Fitrus returned to the heavens; all the other angels asked him what perfume he had used because there was a fragrance coming from him. Fitrus replied:
“I am the lucky one who has touched the cradle of Imam Hussein (A.S.)

PROTESTERS WELCOME ISRAELI FM IN ARGENTINA
Zionist regime Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman has arrived in Argentina as many took to the streets to protest his visit to the Latin American country. According to AP, Lieberman’s visit to Argentina is the latest leg of his 10-day tour of South American states.
In the capital, Buenos Aires, several hundred protesters demonstrated against his visit and Israeli policies in the Middle East.
The Zionist foreign minister arrived in Argentina after his first stop in Brazil, where he failed to drum up support for setting up an anti-Iran front in collaboration with the Latin American country.
The Brazilian official then took an apparent swipe at Israel over its blunt refusal to sign the NPT. He said: “Brazil would like all countries to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and wants to see a Middle East free of nuclear weapons.”
Zionist regime, which is the Middle East’s sole possessor of nuclear warheads, has shrugged off requests to join the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT).
International Kashmir Conference concludes in Washington
The declaration adopted as the Washington Declaration in the concluding session urged upon the United States Congress to persuade the US Administration to support the appointment of a special United Nations envoy to Kashmir. It pointed out that the people of Jammu and Kashmir were the principal stakeholder.
The Declaration underscored the need to bring about a democratic, peaceable resolution of Kashmir dispute in conformity with the United Nations Charter.
It demanded an end to state of impunity, and restoration of individual, civil, political, and legal rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
It stressed that the cessation of militarization and human rights violations and the implementation of justice should take place expeditiously.
The Washington Declaration deplored that the non-violent, civil disobedience, including the prolific agitation of 2008 and 2009, enacted by the people of Kashmir had been repeatedly met with brutal force and collective punishment by the Indian state.
The militarization, it added, has induced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, unlawful detentions, torture, phenomenon of half-widows, orphans, displacement, migrations, and mass graves.
The Washington Declaration appreciated the commitment to resume composite dialogue between India and Pakistan, adding that the egregious violations of humanitarian norms had induced a culture of crisis.
It emphasized that the violation of promises, laws, and conventions in international humanitarian law, and the enforcement of draconian laws and policies had empowered the security apparatus of the Government of India to act with impunity.
The Washington Declaration identified its premise as sixty-two years of irresolution had witnessed conditions of militarization and inhumanity endured by the people of Indian-administered Kashmir, and the violation of their inalienable right of self-determination.
The drafting committee of the Declaration comprised Ved Bhasin, Prof. Angana Chatterji, Gautam Navlakha, Zahid G. Mohammad, Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, Dr. Najib Naqi, Jatender Bakshi, Dr. Ghulam N. Mir and Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai.
Dr. Fai, the Executive Director of Kashmir Centre talking to media men expressed satisfaction over the adoption of the Washington Declaration.

The necessity to recognize the Shiite Rights in Egypt
An Egyptian Shia cleric, who wrote a letter to interior minister of Egypt, said: Egypt should recognize the right of Shiite, otherwise we file a lawsuit to administrative judiciary and we do our best to achieve our right.
According to (ABNA), Ahmed Rasim al-Nafis in his letter to interior minister, Habib al-Adil, said: “we have two choices to recognize our rights: firstly tolerate the present situation (ignore our rights), secondly we file a lawsuit to administrative judiciary based on recognition our rights.
Rasim al-Nafis, Egypt’s Prominent Shia leader, in a letter to Egypt’s interior minister, Habib Adil, asked for recognition of the Shiite doctrine.
“al-Azhar confirms that there are no fundamental differences between Shiites and Sunnis.” he affirmed.
“There is discord between Hizbullah and Egypt because of supporting Gaza inhabitants in 22 days war” he added “due that Egypt may do its anti-Shia acts and bring them to court. In spite of this we filed a lawsuit to administrative judiciary via law”.
Rasim al-Nafis in his letter warned that, in next 60 day the interior minister has time to reject or accept our request; otherwise we file a lawsuit to the administrative judiciary.
Rasim said the only way to recognize Shia rights are the articles mentioned in Egypt’s constitutional law, “according to Egypt’s law, all Egyptian citizenship enjoying equal rights and they are free to do their rituals. Due that there is not any limitation for citizenships.
“According to Egypt’s laws approved in 1937, any religious community can ask his rights from Minister of the Interior to get permission for performing Hajj and ritual practices” the Shia cleric said.
He added: they tried to distort thoughts against Shias by calling them as unbelievers or infidels but their plots foiled.
Dr. Rasim stressed: more than 6 times we asked the Egypt’s government to recognize Shia rights but every time they cancelled it and detained Shias. Because they believed that Shias are illegitimate groups and should not do their rituals.

Swine flu fears prompt Hajj curbs
Arab health ministers have agreed to prevent vulnerable groups joining this year’s Muslim Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, because of fears over swine flu.
People aged over 65 and under 12, and those with chronic diseases, will be excluded from the event, a World Health Orgnization official said on Wednesday.
In June, Saudi Arabia asked elderly and sick Muslims not to visit this year.
At least two million people took part in the last Hajj, which falls this year in November.
The decision to keep the vulnerable groups away from the pilgrimage must still be ratified by the health ministers’ governments, Ibrahim al-Kerdani of the WHO said.
Reduction expected
The decision was made at emergency talks in Cairo between health ministers from around the Muslim world and WHO officials.
Saudi Health Minister Abdullah al-Rabeeah said his country would not reduce the number of visas it granted to pilgrims, but that he expected pilgrim numbers to be reduced this year.
The WHO says there are 952 cases of the virus – known as H1N1 in its Eastern Mediterranean region, which stretches from Afghanistan to Morocco.
The only death so far in the region was announced by Egypt on Sunday, and was a woman who had returned from a pilgrimage trip to Saudi Arabia.
As well as the annual Hajj pilgrimage, which all Muslims are required to make at least once if they have the means, the faithful can also make a lesser pilgrimage to Mecca, known as umra, at any time of year.
As of 6 July, there were more than 130,000 cases of swine flu worldwide

GAZA, (PIC)– Dr. Taleb Abu Sha’ar, the minister of Awkaf in Gaza, has denounced the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) for allowing the establishment of a nightclub near the holy Aqsa Mosque.
Abu Sha’ar in a press statement on Wednesday lashed out at the nightclub’s administration for distributing invitations for the inauguration of the club with photos of the Dome of the Rock alongside dancers.
The minister warned of dangers engulfing the holy site especially after the construction of hundreds of Jewish synagogues around it and the announcement of building a Jewish tourist village underneath it.

Anti- Shia discrimination in a high level in Saudi Arabia

The authorities who had summoned Albossalh earlier, after failing to arrest him at his father’s house due to his residence in Riyadh, got him arrested as he arrived at Olaya police centre in Riyadh on Wednesday without formal indictment ,denying him the visit.
This comes in the context of a fierce campaign waged by local authorities against imams and supervisors of the three Shia mosques in the Eastern City .It have arrested a number of them over the last months and have ,also, cordoned off the mosque with security patrols and secret police agents for the last three weeks and prevented access to the congregation.

Al-Muhanna, the father, was released two weeks ago.
Shiites in the Eastern Province are not allowed to build new mosques nor allowed to expand or remodel existing mosques. The Saudi regime also prohibits Shiites from building new Husseinats (religious community halls), where they conduct funeral ceremonies and other religious services. It also refuses to grant permission to build new halls.

IMAM ALI (AS), THE KA’BA OF BELIEF
Heartiest felicitations to you on a very auspicious day. Today, the 13th of Rajab is the day when the Holy Ka’ba in Mecca came alive with the birth in its sacred precincts of a person who continues to transcend history and all historical developments. He is the Commander of the Faithful, the Leader of the Pious, Imam Ali ibn Abil Taleb (PBUH), the dearest cousin, ward, son-in-law, and divinely-designated vicegerent of the Almighty’s Last Messenger to mankind, Prophet Mohammad (blessings of God upon him and his progeny).
What could be written about a man, whose birthplace Divine Providence decreed to be the holiest of all holy spots, that is, the Ka’ba, and who was martyred 63 years later during communion with the Lord in prayer in the Grand Mosque of Kufa, also a symbolic House of God?
No, no mortal can dwell on the virtues of the person who reposes in peace in the company of his illustrious forbears, Adam and Noah, in the golden-domed mausoleum of Najaf that continues to be the focal point of world attention despite the American occupation of the land of Iraq.
He reigns supreme over human hearts and stands steadfast similar to the proverbial firmness of his site of birth towards which foreheads all over the globe bow in prostration and around which all pilgrims revolve in reverence. No doubt, his cousin and father-in-law, the Prophet had rightly remarked as recorded by all denominations of Islam, including our Sunni brethren:
“O Ali! Your position is like that of the Ka’ba.” The Prophet had also said:
“Ali is with truth and truth is with Ali.”
These immortal words are indeed food for thought for all seekers of truth from anywhere on the Planet, especially since we are celebrating the blessed birth anniversary of the Founder of the only instance of the government of social justice, Imam Ali (PBUH).
The 13th of Rajab has once again dawned to fill the hearts of believers with joy. Such is the soothing effect of his name on the hearts and minds of believers that even those whose homes and hearths have been destroyed by the US occupiers of Iraq and whose dear ones killed, that they leave aside their worldly grievances and join the celestial angels in celebrating the birthday of the fulcrum of belief; faith in whom ensures the eternal bliss of paradise, and enmity to whom leads to the abysmal depths of infernal hell.
A famous hadith quoted by Abu Bakr from the Prophet says:
On the Day of Judgement none will be allowed by the angels to pass the sirat or the bridge leading to paradise, unless they possess the document of Ali’s wilaya, that is, God-given authority.
His multi-dimensional personality is certainly beyond the ken of ordinary human beings. He continues to glow as brilliantly as he did in his lifetime. No doubt he was of the same celestial light as Prophet Muhammad (blessings of God upon him and his progeny). The Prophet has said in this regard: “I and Ali are of the same light.”
On the 13th of Rajab, over 1450 lunar years ago, the holy Ka’ba in Mecca came alive. Suddenly the wall of Abraham’s edifice, built wholly for God Almighty at the dawn of creation, parted and gave way to a lady who was praying to the One and Only Creator to ease her blessed burden. The wall closed in behind her as she entered, in order to prove it was not a haphazard incident but a manifest miracle. The spectacle was mind-boggling for the Arab infidels who rushed towards the door of the Ka’ba to try to break in, but the locks held firmly fast. It was even more baffling for the few Christians that lived in the then obscure Mecca. Those of them blessed with insight realized that Fatema bint Asad, the wife of the noble Ishmaelite patriarch Abu Taleb, was certainly carrying in her womb a soul greater than the Messiah. If not, how could the symbolic house of the Lord allow her to enter its sancta sanctorum, when centuries earlier the Virgin Mary had been commanded by God to leave Bayt ol-Moqaddas and go elsewhere for giving birth to Prophet Jesus (PBUH)!
It was a divinely unique way for heralding the birth of the person who combined in his peerless personality the virtues of not just Jesus, but all other prominent prophets such as Adam, Noah, Abraham and Moses. No wonder, he was named Ali, meaning the “Lofty” – an attribute of his Creator the Lord Most High – and was destined to be groomed by no less a personality than that greatest of all human beings, the Almighty’s Last and Greatest of all Messengers, Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).
The multi-dimensional personality of Imam Ali (PBUH) cannot be fathomed by a brief radio programme. He is a person who transcends history and all historical developments. He embodied all such excellent qualities as piety, bravery, generosity, magnanimity, modesty, wisdom, justice, insight, eloquence of speech, etc. to the extent that mankind will forever remain indebted to him.
Three days after the 13th of Rajab, as the walls of the Ka’ba parted for the second time and this time to allow Fatema bint Asad to step out with the radiant baby, the two shafts of divine light met each other. Cousin smiled at cousin, as beaming parents looked on, although 30 years of earthly age separated them. From the day the Prophet decided to personally take charge of the toddler Ali (PBUH), the destiny of mankind was revolutionized. If the former would be chosen by God Almighty as the last and the greatest of divine messengers on Mount Hera, the latter would be selected by the One and Only Creator as the first infallible Imam on the Day of Ghadir, that is, 18th of Zilhijja, in the year 10 AH.
In between these two memorable dates, that spanned a period of almost 23 years, were to fall the decisive events in the history of monotheism such as the fateful Night of the Hijrah, on which the Imam slept on the Prophet’s bed in order enable the latter to migrate to Medina from Mecca. Mention could also be made of the crucial battles of Badr, Ohod, Khandaq, Khaibar, where it was the valour of Imam Ali (PBUH) that saved infant Islam. Another glorious event that ensured the truth of Islam was the memorable Day of Mubahela or dialogue with the Christians of Najran, where Imam Ali (PBUH) along with his two young sons, Imam Hasan and Imam Husain (peace upon them) as well as his wife Hazrat Fatema (peace upon her), the Prophet’s daughter, accompanied the Prophet, as commanded by God to establish the supremacy of Islam. As a matter of fact, the pivotal role of Imam Ali (PBUH) is evident at every state in the flowering of Islam as the lieutenant of Prophet Mohammad (blessings of God upon him and his progeny).
After the passing away of the Prophet, the other dynamic aspects of the valourous, pious, patient and generous Imam were to bloom. He compiled the Holy Qur’an between two covers; he laid the foundations of Arabic grammar; he displayed the art of eloquence, he bore no malice towards those who had deprived him for 25 years of his divinely designated political rights and he even through his gems of advice saved them from sure disaster, as is evident by the words of the second caliph: “If there was no Ali Omar would have perished.”
Imam Ali (PBUH) is thus the personification of wisdom, forbearance, generosity and administrative abilities that culminate in the model government of social justice that he set up from his capital of Kufa in Iraq, when the caliphate came begging at his threshold.

Imam Khomeini was an ocean of new insights into Islam: Kalbe Jawwad

In an interview with IRNA, Jawwad, Friday Prayer Leader of historical Asafi Mosque at Lucknow, capital city of Uttar Pradesh, paid tribute to Imam Khomeini (R.A.), the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and said: “He (Imam) founded a sapling which has blossomed and grown up with deep roots. The big powers, in spite of a variety of conspiracies have been disappointed in confronting it”.
Focusing on his “Charistamic Personality”, Shia scholar said that “Relying upon faith and without fearing any threats, in an era when religion had weak presence in the society and even was exposed to ignorance owing to prevalence of materialistic views, Imam Khomeini (R.A.) entered the scene and introduced religion as the basis for human lifestyle and founded a state on the foundation of religion”.
Jawwad, while highlighting on Imam’s guidelines on unity among Muslims, said: “Imam Khomeini (R.A.) always emphasized that Muslims are brothers and will not be segregated by the pseudo-propaganda sponsored by corrupt elements.
If Islamic brotherhood comes to the fore among Islamic countries, such will become a great power which none of the global powers will be able to cope with”.
“Today Imam Khomeini is not with us but his soul would remain the beacon light for the generations to come”, Jawwad concluded.
Another Shia Scholar from Lucknow, Maulana Mirza Mohammad Ashfaq while paying tribute to Imam on his 20th death anniversary said: “Imam Khomeini’s insights and understanding of the real world and his solutions to the problems based solely on Quranic injunctions and with faith in Allah, rather than political or diplomatic games with reliance on earthly powers”.
Ashfaq was of the view that Muslims dignification around the globe based upon only and only on Imam Khomeini’s guidelines.

Unfortunately the people shall forget.
She should be respected by all of us.
But a harsh treatment, she”ll be met.
Everyone had heard her father say,
“My daughter is a part of me”.
For her safety he would often pray;
Not wanting her to bear any agony.
But his words fell on deaf ears
As his followers were lead astray.
And were realized those worst fears,
Because his tidings were disobeyed.
Each forthcoming day brings her sorrow
And only a few more months she”ll live.
Each night she worries about her woes.
Her tormentors, she may not forgive.
In her last days, she is seen weeping.
Awake all night, she seldom sleeps.
Of her troubles, she keeps thinking.
The wounds in her heart are so deep.
The thoughts of her father alone
Cause tears from her eyes to flow
And what will happen to her children?
What fate do they have in stow?
“Be kind to them and take care”,
She wills about her poor children,
Because she”ll be no longer near
And they”ll soon be orphans.
As she spends the time crying,
Her neighbors come and complain.
But look! She is already dying.
Their complaint will be in vain.
And that dark moment finally comes,
For her heavenly abode, she departs.
Holding back their tears, her children,
See baba leaving with a heavy heart.
Hands trembling and with great anguish,
He takes away her coffin during the night.
And he makes sure to fulfill her last wish.
She will rest, out of everyone’s” sight.
Has gone from this world forever,
The mother of children so brave!
But why was she buried in a manner
That no one knows where is her grave?
