JNN 15 Mar 2012 Brussels : Belgian police are conducting an investigation after a terrorist attack on a Muslim mosque in the capital Brussels killed a religious leader, and left two other people injured.
Spokesman for the public prosecutor’s office Jean-Marc Meilleur said on Tuesday that the suspect, an immigrant in his thirties, is being questioned by police over the incident, AFP reported.
The suspect has so far produced three different sets of identification papers and it has been determined that he has been living in Belgium illegally. The media claims he is a Moroccan national.
Meilleur added that the suspect has told investigators he set the Shia place of worship ablaze to scare the community.
Abdallah Dadou, a 46-year-old father of four children aged 4 to 17, died of smoke inhalation on Monday night after an arsonist set fire to the Rida Shia mosque in the Brussels neighborhood of Anderlecht.
Dadou was found on the second floor of the building after the fire was put out. He was treated at the scene but could not be saved.

I know the Belgian authorities won’t lag behind in finding out who the real culprits are but it is apparent that it is the wahabi salafi cult who are the originators & exporters of all terrorists activities throughout the globe . It is in the interest of U K , U S , Europe and all civilised nations to keep a watch on the people of such lineage and do not issue visas to peoples come from such nationalities who subscribe to the Wahabi Salafi ideologies .This time they killed a reputed , pious and highly qualified Islamic Claric of Shia Maslak and other day they Killed a reputed ,pious and highly qualified Sunni Claric proving that they are the arch enemy of Muslims though they pretend to be the most orthodox muslims. They have deceitfully captured the care taker status of the holiest of the holy places and are only exploiting to earn the maximun revenues to fulfill their luxurious lust and carnal passions.
