JNN 16 Feb 2011 : The Corrupt and Inefficient Government of Pakitan have made all the necessary arrangement to pardon the American Killer  involved in the Killing of 4 Innocent Pakistani.

The Foreign Ministry has declared Raymond Allen Davis, an American national who murdered two civilians in Lahore, as a US diplomat, a private TV channel reported on Tuesday. In a letter, which it wrote to the Interior Ministry, the Foreign Ministry maintained that Raymond Davis was a diplomat who enjoyed immunity under the Vienna Convention. “The letter also states that Raymond Davis was appointed as a diplomat in the US Embassy in Islamabad,” the channel said.

But the Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry Wednesday contradicted media reports about any pronouncement, public or official, made by the Foreign Ministry relating to the question of immunity of Raymond Davis.

“Speculation in this regard is unfounded,” a brief of Foreign Ministry said.

It was not immediately clear if saying that Davis doesn’t qualify for “blanket” immunity means he doesn’t qualify at all for protection from prosecution in this particular case.

While the Punjab Government have written three letter to the Foreign Ministry , for the Procurement of the Car and the Person responsible for the murder of the third Person , Ibad ur Rehman crushed & Killed , by the team which came to rescue Raymond Davis . But this matter is completely ignored by the Media as well as the government functionaries , as the American embassy have already kept their lips tightly closed on this matter.

While the fourth death of the wife of the Murdered Faheem , Shumaila Kanwal Faheem who also committed suicide ,  due to her belief of the corruption of Government and its inefficiency , is also due to the Murders committed by American Killer Raymond Davis.

Above all this Secretary Information Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Fauzia Wahab has said that Raymond Davis, accused of killing two Pakistanis in Lahore, enjoyed diplomatic immunity, Geo News reported on Monday.

Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club, Fauzia Wahab said that Pakistan is the signatory of Vienna Convention, therefore, all the diplomats enjoy immunity, adding that diplomats cannot be arrested under this convention.

She said that Davis possess diplomatic passport, therefore, he enjoys immunity.

Former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi Wednesday disclosed that Raymond Davis, the US functionary killed two Pakistanis in Lahore, does not qualify of blanket diplomatic immunity as is being demanded by the US authorities, ARY NEWS reports.

Qureshi’s comments could rattle apparent Pakistani efforts to pave a way to free Raymond Davis, who the Washington insists has diplomatic immunity and should be released.

Qureshi disputed the U.S. claim and said top officers at the Foreign Ministry had briefed him on Jan. 31 that the U.S. accused does not enjoy complete diplomatic immunity.

He told a news conference in Islamabad after meeting the visiting Chairman of US Senate Foreign Relations John Kerry. Qureshi stepped down last week, but remains influential.

A new foreign minister has not yet been appointed.

He said he had told the government leaders about the Foreign Office briefing about the status of the U.S. employee, adding that the leadership had argued that let the court decide the issue of diplomatic immunity.

As now all the fingers are being pointed towards the Court orders, But as the common man also knows that as just in the recent past the Lawyers Movement was completely sponsored by the US Dollars so they also have to pay back at this hour of need.

As the track record in the High Profile cases shows, and  that Now  they have even admitted the Judicial Murder of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto . So just have to keep our fingers crossed and wait for the Miracle to happen.

The case of the American Killer Raymond Davis’s is actually , not the case of his Immunity , but it is the case of the survival and the future of corrupt Government and its officials who have made Billions of Dollars by Corruption and Nepotism, whether they are part of the Government or the Part of the Opposition , who stil enjoy all the facilities as part of the most favorable opposition, as the assets made , out of the Corruption money are all kept in America and western countries , and they know the moment the Public will stand up to take the accountability of their deeds , they ll have to fly the same moment to the land of their foreign Masters .

So just to secure their Rescue at the hour of their utmost need they can not afford to agonize their American Masters , at the time when they need their services , as they know they were even appointed on the conditions that they ll have to obey to their order when and what they intend to do, Because the Muslim Rulers of the Islamic country , rely more on their American and Western Masters then The Almighty God.
