JNN 12 Nov 2013 LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) ameer Syed Munawar Hassan stated that his statement regarding the Pakistan Army that as per JI’s Point of view, as Pakistan Army is Helping the US forces in the War against terror so the Pakistani Soldiers and any body who is killed in this battle is not a Martyr , while Hakeem ullah Mehsud (a terrorist and Killer of thousands of  Innocent Pakistanis ) is a Martyr , and as per his analysis and His Party’s Point view  , he did not regret his statement and deem it correct according to Sharia Law during a party session held in Lahore on Monday, Our Correspondent reported.
